All products which are subject to a complaint due to unconformity have a 24 month warranty.Complaints of shoes are dealt with in accordance to the Law Council of Ministers of 27 July 2002 about the specific terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176). All claims are assessed(judged)by an independent valuer.


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Supremesports, Geodetów 3, 35-328 Rzeszów-Polska, contact@supremesports.eu, Phone number: + 48 605 053 038) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. Effects of cancellation If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. We as the seller cover the costs of returning the goods.. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.




Buyer Has the right to Exchange products bought In our shop within 14 days from receiving the package. For the exchange to be realized, the merchandise cannot have any(even minimal)traces of use, must be in the original package and hold all tags.To request a exchange you must report this fact to contact@supremesports.eu .

We as the seller cover the delivery costs for the exchanged merchandise. The package must hold the receipt and information on which other merchandise or size you wish to make an exchange for( this information can also be handwritten).
The stipulations to exchange merchandise does not restrict the right to cancel an order.

  7. The complaint will be reviewed and sent back within 14 days from the date of receiving the damaged merchandise to the shop address :

  8. Differences arising from customers individual computer setting (color, proportions, etc.) cannot be the reason for a complaint of purchased merchandise. However, the client has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt(delivery) of merchandise without giving a reason.
  9. Complaints are only subject to hidden defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer of shoes not worn.
  10. Inserts length given in the auction descriptions are the lengths given by manufacturers. We are not responsible for any discrepancies with the facts (in the case of a wrong size, you can always return the merchandise within 14 days from the date of the receipt(delivery) of goods without giving a reason.
  11. Complaints are not subject to::
    • Natural wearing out;
    • Shoes that have mechanical damage (abrasion, tears, scratches, tearing of ornaments, zipper, rubber, etc.), and resulting in lack of/improper maintenance
    • comfort – footwear badly suited to the feet;
    • the difference in the color and texture of the skin, wrinkles resulting from the natural properties of the skin;
    • damage caused by the fact that they were used incompatible with the intended purpose;
    • stainining of clothing by shoes made with natural colored lining – not being waterproof(unless in the description it is Not written that the product is waterproof.
  12. If the product is inconsistent with the agreement the buyer may require:
    • Firstly-bring it into conformity with the agreement by providing a free repair,
    • if repair is impossible, replaced by new ones or cash back.

Maintaining Shoes

  1. Tie your shoes exactly and and wear a Velcro so that the foot does not move while walking, this will help to avoid both abrasion of material inside the shoe and damage to the upper.
  2. Clean shoes surface with a damp cloth or damp sponge .Washing shoes damages the uppers, weakens the adhesive bond and sewing stitches. Remember to daily maintain your shoes.
  3. In the case when your shoes are soaked- dry them at room temperature. DO NOT use dryers, radiators, ovens and fireplaces. ALSO DO NOT DRY footwear in full sun.
  4. When completely dry ,paste the shoes with the appropriate color. Greased LEATHER PRESERVES softness and elasticity, does not crack, it IS PROTECTED from re-soaking. For nubuck leather and synthetic material use appropriate preparations.
  6. Mechanical damage of shoes and user changes are not subject to warranty. Uncomfortable and unpleasant smell is not a basis to file complaints. NOTE – shoes with leather interior trim may dye.
